I’ve been making bread for at least 15 years in various ways - by hand, bread machine, stand mixer, sourdough, etc - but last week I discovered Emma’s Goodies on YouTube and oh my gosh, game changer!
I started this three ingredient (four really, if you count the salt) dough at 2:30 yesterday afternoon and baked it at 7 pm, but you can make it in less time than that. I used only one bowl and a spoon to mix it, followed Emma’s directions for “folding” it, and baked it in a Dutch oven for 45 minutes. It is that fast and easy!

It looks wonderful Ms Cynthia, but the carbs in that would kill me. I'm sure it's wonderful warm out of the oven slathered in butter but you're going to have to eat it for me as I battle my diabetes with a carnivore lifestyle and intermittent fasting. 3+ years insulin free. Thank You Father!
